Over the two days you shall be gently guided into clarity, into calm, and into the part of you that knows how to lead from within.

Through a curated mix of Mind Body techniques, group coaching, games and facilitation, together we will explore the emotional patterns that shape your inner world and begin to reconnect with grounded clarity, inner strength and your vision.
